Ugandan musician and songwriter A Pass has a fresh, sleek, and simple home on the internet. Nymy Media, an online graphic design firm in Uganda, also known for designing most of the artists’ music cover artworks, redesigned A Pass’ official website.
The design was first inspired by Bagonza, his album at the time. Later, it was updated again to match A Pass, the self-titled album he released in December 2024. Both versions aimed to keep things clean, stylish, and true to who A Pass is.
The original look of A Pass’ official website redesign by Nymy Media leaned into minimalism. Designed on a clean mix of gold, black, and white colours that reflect both the tone of Bagonza (Album) and the stylish energy of the artist. These were paired with Roboto, a modern sans-serif font that’s easy to read and keeps the layout looking sharp. When A Pass (album) came out in December 2024, the site’s colours were updated to pink, black, and blue to match the new project.
From the very first glance, the iamapass.com pulls you into A Pass’s world. The homepage has a prominent link to stream his music on major platforms, making it effortless for fans to dive into his work. No more downloads. Instead, everything is now centred around streaming, on Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, and YouTube. The footer makes it even easier to stay connected, with direct links to his social media and music channels.
Nymy Media further reworked the “Hire Me to Sing” page. Refurbishing it with a cleaner contact form that makes it simple for event organisers or brands to reach their team. On the “My Story” page, you’ll find a streamlined version of his biography. The text is short, clear, and placed on a dark background beside his photo. Giving you a snapshot of who he is, without overwhelming you with too much detail.
Other parts of the website have also been brought up to speed. The “Music” section now highlights his discography. The “Videos” page links directly to his latest YouTube releases. The “Shows” section lists upcoming performances, complete with time, location, and a button to buy early bird tickets.
Two new pages have also been introduced. The “News” page keeps fans updated on what’s happening in his world. And while it’s not live yet, the “Store” page is coming soon, with exclusive merch and album drops.
The redesign was a close collaboration between A Pass and Nymy Media. Our Creative Director, Isaac Odwako O., worked hand-in-hand with the artist to build something that feels intentional and fresh and can be customised to any look. The result is a website that’s more than just a link—it’s a digital space that reflects A Pass’s journey and makes it easier for fans to follow along.
